It's back, the best Aussie grown coffee from Crater Mountain on the Atherton Tablelands.
This is a very limited release of the farm's honey processed microlot of the 2024 season. It's sweet and syrupy with a silky mouthfeel.
Honey processing removes the skin from the cherry but leaves a layer of pulp on the coffee seed. It's then sundried for 12 days.
When it comes to quality, Crater Mountain Coffee is small but mighty. This family run farm prides itself on attention to detail and innovative processing methods.
