We select impeccable coffee and roast it with flair to get the most flavour from it. In short, we want to provide the best coffee experience.

Roasting coffee is our strength and focus. We're not distracted by running our own cafe or making wine.

And when it comes to quality, owner and roaster Kade Sims knows all about it. In 2023 he passed the highly regarded Q Arabica exams in Melbourne. Kade is now licenced by the Specialty Coffee Association to grade coffee, and he's the only Q Grader in the Great Southern.
