At Taste Great Southern in 2019 we are hosting a workshop for aspiring home baristas.
Over two hours we will explore a variety of popular brew methods like plunger and espresso and less common methods such as pourover and cold brew. Learn about brew ratios and how to control and adjust parameters to produce coffee that will leave your friends wanting more.
Great advice also on brewing equipment and how to choose the right coffee and roast style to suit your preferred method. There will be the opportunity to get hands on and to pull some shots on our commercial espresso machine too!
Morning snack and unlimited coffee included, plus a bag of our locally roasted specialty coffee to take home.
