Processing: Pulped Natural
A very limited release from one of Australia's leading producers.
We were very lucky to pick up this pulped natural in a silent auction of Crater Mountain Coffee's top microlots of 2023.
Grown high on the Atherton Tablelands near Cairns, the processing of this lot featured a wine yeast fermentation in cherry before pulping. It's clean and juicy with a soft tropical fruit character.
When it comes to quality, Crater Mountain Coffee is small but mighty. This family run farm prides itself on taking great care of its crop whilst experimenting with innovative processing methods.
Beck + Call witnessed this first hand when visiting the farm just after its 2023 harvest, and we're thrilled to now showcase the work of home grown coffee farmers, Lucy Stockman and James Masterman.
